Project Coordinator / Direct Mail Assistant (Part-Time, 25 hours/week)
Working with the direct mail, copywriting, and online content managers, reporting directly to the director of sales and marketing. Responsible for building and producing the Press’s biannual product catalog in both print and online forms, submitting jacket and other promotional copy, developing creative marketing strategies for the Press’s multidisciplinary titles, liaising with distribution clients and marketing their products effectively, and trafficking between departments and individuals to ensure content is delivered by deadline.
Advanced organization skills and a strict attention to detail are a must, as well as a proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience with Filemaker Pro, basic HTML, and InDesign preferred, but not required.
