United States and Canada
Standard shipping within the continental U.S. is $5.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional book. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days.
Books can also be shipped via UPS overnight ($18.00) and UPS 2-day ($12.00). Please email customer service for FEDEX rates.
Shipping to Canada is $7.95 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book.
