- Course requests for copying an ENTIRE out of print book should be addressed to the Press. Requests must indicate the length of the book, and how many copies are needed.
- In an effort to make our permissions process more efficient, we are now providing access to a permissions form which a publisher or an author can download, complete, and fax or mail to us.
- Please note that our response time to each request depends upon the accuracy and completeness of the form you have filled out. In addition, faxing will most likely expedite the process. If we are indeed the rights holder we will return the form to you (via fax) with an appropriate fee and our signature.
- Please note that all checks and payments for fees must be mailed to us upon signature of the letter, and MUST be accompanied with a copy of the form with signatures of both parties.
